Dian Noeh
Founder & CEO, Kultur Voice Business
Dian established Kultur Voice Business (KVB) in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, in 2011, transforming it from a Public Relations firm, originally known as Kennedy Voice & Berliner, into a Kultur Voice Business content company with a commerce ecosystem.
Dian represented KVB at international business forums, such as the APEC CEO Summit, B20 Summit, and ASEAN Summit.
Dian serves as Special Communications Staff to the Chairman's Office at Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO / Indonesia Employers Association). Together with the APINDO Communications Team, with the support of the KVB team on its digital communications, she earned an award by the International Association of Business Communicators in 2025 in the category of Best Impactful Communications: Public Interest.
Dian was a consultant at Ogilvy in Jakarta during two separate periods (1999–2002 and 2007–2009) and at Weber Shandwick Indonesia. She was also part of the in-house team at Time International, a timepieces company, and UBS AG, a financial firm.
While studying at RMIT University in Australia from 1995 to 1997, Dian was contributor at SBS Radio News Melbourne and worked on a telemarketing project for Telstra Australia at Adecco Melbourne. She became a finalist for the Australia Alumni Awards 2008, organized by the Australian Embassy in Indonesia. Dian was a part-time lecturer at Prasetiya Mulya Business School and active in the International Relations of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of her professional life, Dian enjoys history, reading, movies, making artisanal cheese boards and desserts, and walking in nature. Among her most cherished experiences are meeting gorilla families in Uganda, canoeing in the Amazon basin, and exploring the forests of Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Daniel Surya
Komisaris
Daniel Surya is a futurist and pioneer in Indonesia’s branding and tech industries. Since 2009, he has led transformative initiatives and founded WIR Group, a tech company integrating AR, VR, and AI into a metaverse ecosystem. As Executive Chairman, he has
driven WIR to complete over 1,000 projects across 20+ countries. Forbes Georgia named WIR one of the metaverse tech companies to watch in 2022, alongside Apple and Microsoft.
Daniel has presented WIR’s innovations at the World Economic Forum in Davos (2019–2023). Before WIR, he was Indonesia & Brunei Country Director of The Brand Union and previously Chief Representative of Landor in Indonesia for nine years.
Under his leadership, WIR’s units achieved global recognition. AR&Co became Asia’s largest AR company, awarded by AWE (2015), SMARTIES APAC (2015), and listed in Innovation 40 (2014). In 2015, Daniel founded DAV, the world’s first AR-based one-on-one media placement company, with expansion plans across Asia. He also launched Mindstores, developing AR/VR virtual stores accessed by over 100,000 store owners.
Daniel has received numerous honors: Indonesia C-League Executive (2010–2011), CEO of the Year by CMO Asia (2012) and SWA (2017), Brand Builder of the Year (2011), and was named & Father of Indonesia’s Metaverse by PR Indonesia (2022). He’s been a speaker at Slush (Finland), Digital Hollywood (USA), Inside 3D Printing (Silicon Valley), and a judge at
EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women (2015), cementing his role as a leading voice in
future tech and innovation.
